Insurance participation and patient benefits may vary by plan; insurer; location; provider; service; eligibility; and date. References to an insurer or insurance program do not guarantee coverage or payment. Patients remain responsible for understanding their benefits and financial obligations.

Tus Ojos may offer promotional pricing, product promotions, discounts, or other offers. Promotions may include additional terms concerning participating locations; eligible products or services; expiration; quantity; insurance; combination with other promotions; and other restrictions.
Any material conditions will be disclosed with the promotion. Promotional statements do not guarantee a medical or visual outcome.

Contact lenses are prescription products and must be ordered, dispensed, and used consistently with applicable requirements and professional instructions.
The website does not authorize users to disregard prescription requirements; lens replacement schedules; wearing schedules; professional recommendations; or manufacturer instructions.
If online ordering is enabled, Tus Ojos may require prescription information or verification before fulfillment.
